Our client, a leading multinational Company, is currently looking for a:
HEAD OF HRIS
Scope of the role
· The Head of HRIS plays a critical role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Human Resources Information Systems function.
· He/she will be responsible of a Team (approximately 30 people) overseeing the demand, implementation and optimization of the HRIS platform
· He/she will work in strong collaboration and partnership with the IT HR platform leader, ensuring alignment on budget allocation, system architecture, integration, data quality, and user support
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Leadership
· SAP SuccessFactors Administration
· Project Management
· Change Management and Training
· Data Analytics and Reporting
· Payroll Process Implementation and Harmonization
· Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
· Proven experience in a senior HRIS leadership role acquired in Multinational, structured environment
· Strong managerial experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HRIS team
· Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex HRIS implementation projects
· Knowledge of the end-to-end Hire to Retire process
· Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors are a plus
· Proficiency in English
